Hi there

Firstly a BIG WELCOME to PF , good to have you here

Great subject saw the progress on social media as well

Lovely work all over especially the flag , very natural in the position .

Any chance of posting the unpainted resin in hi resolution as well ?

Any thoughts on doing something as a bust as well ?

Thanks for sharing

Nap

PS I have took out the other post ( duplicate info ) and put a larger picture here for you

Thanks you NapoleonPeart for your words. I am looking forward to having better high resolution photos of all possible views, that will be Friday. Meanwhile, I add the photos of the resin casting so you can see the quality of it. There are important news for this Christmas campaign and this figure is just the tip of the iceberg. Many thanks again to all who make PF. It is a pleasure to share these things with all of you. Greetings. José Rios Creative director SEMPER FIDELIS MINIS

Hi Nap!
Next year we will evaluate the possibility of design a line of busts.
From now until March there are planned 10 releases, all of them historical miniature in 75mm and a pair in 90mm.
The busts market is very select and you have to hit the chosen figure.
I will keep you informed of the news. Thank you very much for your attention.

Is he based on a real officer? There were not many tenientes decorated with a lauredada!

. Indeed, it is based on a "real" officer, Lieutenant Fernando Lizcano de la Rosa,
Laureate of San Fernando for his heroic performance in the action of Sidi-Mesaud (Melilla) In 1924.
The miniature is "based" on the real photograph of the personage and in the sheet of Jose Maria Bueno.
