I am not too sure what I will do with this recovering fallen horse but it was a very pleasing conversion.
He started life as a Bengal Lancer and with a lot of chopping and few boxes of Milliput this is the result.
I hope that you like this change Guys.
All the very best
Keith

That is quite superb. I have the Lancer and Showjumper, but Breyer's horses would probably do as well.

Mike

Thanks Mike.
The Show Jumper has been sort-after for as long as I can remember.
I did an Officier de chasseurs à cheval de la garde impériale with the horse and a CG young drummer boy using the face

Keith your extensive work on this horse and the end result are much closer to scratch building than conversion.Well done indeed!!!

Oda.

Thank you Oda.
I am never sure where a conversion becomes a scratch. My own rule is that if I use anything that I did not model myself it is a conversion.
It would be a good subject for discussion on the forum here.
Cheers
Keith

Hi Keith

Good to see you posting ....

Blooming heck you don't do things by half ......great conversion/scratch , like the way the horse is positioned head rearing up perhaps from an injury .

If I may have a look just above the V straps , possible little bit of sanding .

The horse furniature is really good ...how did you do the scalloped edging ?

Crying out for a kneeling figure ..sword in hand ...perhaps slightly wounded ? ......over to you !

All credit mate even though it's got legs !

Thanks for sharing
