We purchased the entire ranges of the Studio Sarum Figurine and Chota Sahib range from its former now retired owner P J D WILLIS before 2010. This purchase was using a signed and duly witneseed legal document using a Legal Advisor, includes all design and copyright and the absolute and exclusive rights to the range.

They were many years ago our retailer, but failed to pay invoice and then stole old moulds from a depot in France. As far as we can tell from here in France they have more or less shut this operation down now, but beware of their Piracy products of Inferior quality and illegaly sold.
Max Chevallier and his wife own the CHOTA SAHIB and STUDIO SARUM FIGURINE RANGES, outright since before 2010. NOT Simon England of Frome model Centre.
They have a Bone fide rock solid Solicitors Witnessed agreement, selling it all to them, with ALL COPYRIGHTS unfetterred. This pre dating the Piracy copyright breach operation carried out by Frome Model Centre.
In addition, they own a very large range of other figures, in Kit form in White Metal and or Resin, now being prepared for re launch and sale. The figures are in mainly 54MM scale size, with a number in 90MM and a few in 120MM.
There are also some scale "Busts" to be issued with the re launch.
We had to put back the re launch back a few Months entirely down to and due to delay caused by the correspondence generated due to Frome Model Centre Piracy products.
Max and Maryse welcome genuine customers and collectors, and shall be opening their NEW ONLINE shop shortly run on their own French based Internet servers.
We shall not however be suplying UK shops or retailers due to an ongoing scandal involving Frome model centre in Somerset who have stolen a quantity of our works.
This MUST be rectified by the UK Toy Figure Industry. Mr Chevallier has visited England several times without positive results, and the resulting bad feeling has caused the embargo on UK Retailers at this time, which he HOPES to be able to lift IF the issue gets put right to his families satisfaction.
Regretably however, due to the on going Piracy and Theft issues and a rather large sum of money owed to us by Frome Model centre for illegal use of our works, we are declining all UK Retaile interest, UNTIL this scandal is rectifieed by the UK Toy Soldier and Figure Industry.
Obviously the Industry must act to protect its long term interests, and by far illegal theft and piracy is the worset enemy to the future existence of the Industry.
Max and Maryse wish to catagoricaly state that we are not being "obstructive" to selling our figures, rather we wish to avoid "certain" previous experiences in the Indsutry. And a influential corrrupted group of dealers who are involved.
Especially in the South Western part of Britain where there appears to be a very bad crop of dishonesty within the Indsutry at present.
