my first go at painting a face

This is my First model since around 1977 and my very first ever go at painting a face, I know its nowhere near any level of lots of you guys but i tried my best after watching and reading countless techniques. Please feel free to comment but please be gentle i know the blending isn't any good I'm still trying to get the paint consistency for each layer right
