Some more progress on my Lammy TV. Chrome areas under painted in dark grey, then a silver base coat. When it's dry, I'll go over it with a Molotov chrome marker, the a coat of Tamiya Smoke.
Decals added and the lights and mirrors are done. The TV decals will have gold centres painted on. Still the side panel beading to add and the silver adding to the leg shields. a lot left to do before getting on with the riders....!!
That is a beautiful rendition of a scooter, really good. I don't see them that often but around here (Farnborough) there is a group who have organised rides on their scooters every now and then.
Brighton Museum had (and may still have) a large blown up photo on display which purported to show 60s rockers. In fact, photo was obviously taken in the 70s- all long hair, beards and Japanese bikes!
Finally finished my "Little Sawdust Caesars". Just some pics prior to basing and making a dust cover. 1/18 scale diecast bikes, heavily modified and original figures sculpted by me!
