WIP Critique Sunka Bloka

Some months ago I started to paint the La meridiana bust from "Sunka Bloka". It was hard to build the bust and I had many problems. And the box-art-figures seems to be another bust as my example.

But now it is nearly finished. Some corrections and some days to let the colours dry and I can show you some better pictures.

BTW. It was a horrible work to glue all that litte red stripes at their places.

very nice job. Your color choice is great, they harmonize well together. What did you use acrylic or oil?

Lovely work, Ulrich!
I know what you mean, building this bust as we speak, and to fit the feathers on to there place is a pain in the b..., not to mention the little red straps...
But once finished it's all worth it, your work proves it.

@ chaRon: I use oil over acrylics.
@Jeff: I had some problems with the beadings. So thats all I could do at the moment
