Excellent job. Lovely figure. I find lace work like that hellish... and this figure is loaded with it! You tackled it well, very impressive.
If you have any hints on painting lace like this, a fellow Nappy fan would be forever grateful.:notworthy::notworthy::notworthy:

Great job

Guys thanks for the positive feedback.
The cape was not a real problem to assemble. All goes together well which makes life a little easier. As for the painting, if you plan carefully you shouldn't have any problems.
For those who asked about the lacework. Here's how I do it.
I always undercoat with a dark brown all the lace. Then I mix some old gold(vallejo) with some Japanese khaki(Andrea) and a touch of brown. The resulting mix is hidious but do not worry at this stage. For this figure I needed a rather rich complexion to the gold braid due to the rank of the subject so I highlighted with the base + some gold by Maimeri( You can also use Vallejo rich gold). Shadows are applied with base+ dark brown. Deep shadows are AV822. Now for the make or break part...the catch lights on the braid. I apply these as edging on all the braid in strategic areas with a creamy yellow colour ( old Andrea no.50). Hope all this makes sense
