Just more or less finished off this little gem from Steve Readdie available from https://sites.google.com/site/reedeesminiatures/. Virtually no clean up apart from the odd plug etc and as usual from Steve fits together like it's snap together. Eventually I'll base it in a snow scape based on the retreat to Corunna. Feel free to comment always willing to learn. It needs final polishing but I'll leave those till it's based

As Carl says coming together well Steve. Should look good in the snow scene. I think you're wise to wait 'til it's based before final tweaking.
I have tended to find that I have to 'cool down' figures after fixing to snow bases.
What are you planning to use for snow, I always use white acrylic paint mixed with gloss varnish and then sprinkled with a couple of layers of 'micro balloons'
Cheers
Derek

I've got some stuff from G.W. that works well I used it on my Winter King. Back in the day I used Andrews Liver Salts lol!, what I like about this stuff is if you use black ink/wash it gives a good slushy effect.

Thanks
Steve

Thanks Rog and Richie (sounds like a dodgy double act :sneaky: ) Once I get the base and stuff together I'll re post it as complete!

Cheers Steve thanks for your help with this mate (y) Lovely job on this model Steve it virtually built it's self. The face is just great I'm sure I've had the exact same expression on many a miserable tab!

lol and I just bet you were wearing desi's a maroon sweat shirt and stone washed jeans too!

And what would give you that impression mate, funnily enough you are spot on, sometimes I even wore a Barbour jacket if it threatened rain or even Ron Hills if I didnt feel like dressing for the evening:)
