Just how tall is this figure -54mm?? ......Would prefer 75mm personally , nice figure hugging dress, but the head-dress on top does not look correct ....

54 mm - It is 62 mm on the top
75 mm - It is 82 mm on the top

The top detail is a symbolical image of a throne of the Pharaoh.
We haven't found a way of his fastening anywhere.

Let's assume that gods don't need no fastening. They are gods.
