Here is my take on this one from Troop 54. I have replaced the resin tree stump and used a piece of driftwood.
Painted using acrylics throughout.

Looks good Bob.
I've got to admit I'm quite tempted by this one too (Despite my general dislike of all things resin);)

Nice and clean job both on figure and environment. I like it a lot.

Nice paintwork, good idea with the new stump

Very well done Bob. I like your replacement of the stump with the driftwood log.

Many thanks to you all, it is very much appreciated. I am glad you like my effort.

Daddy. I like metal but the detail on these resin figures is very sharp.

Well done, Bob! I'd like to see some close-ups of his face; we have a tantalizing look but the small dimensions of the photo make it tough to see.

Prost!

Looking great!!!!!!

Oda.

Thank you for the kind word, Brad I will try and get a better picture but I am away on holiday at the present time. My face painting is not the best in the world .
Thanks again Oda.

Using driftwood is a great idea, it is weathered in ways you can't do with a brush on resin. Now, when we go to the beach, I have a modeling excuse.

Great pose, good blues and whites, excellent vest and gun stock.

Can't wait to see the face close ups.
