Hi Maurice,
After a bit of investigating it seems that the email address on the paypal reciept does not match the one one used on your website - so that is the reason my messages didnt get through to you.
If you check your hotmail email again you should see my email about the missing part.
Failing that the part I needed was the water canteen for the Coldstream Guard MC-RC3.
