Welcome to Planet Figure mate. You're one of a growing number of Aussie figure modellers on pF and I can assure you you're among friends here. There's lots of positive, constructive advice given and loads of encouragement and feedback for those who want it.

The best way to introduce yourself to everyone is to post some photos of your figures and invite people to comment. If you need some help posting pics, sending Private Messages or setting up a vBench, just ask.
