    Yesterday I finished the mad major complete with bow and broadsword. Today is the anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's death and I just happened to receive the new bust of him this morning. will be ready for Bolton.

    I'd buy it if it was commercial Colin. Re new project please consider all three double VC winners. I have a bust of Chavasse but I have never seen one of the others. With Martin-Leake you have an option of Boer War or WW1 while with Upham just WW2. Of Course Chavasse also wears a glengarry.

    Colin this is a beautiful piece of work, but I think your error is the title. 'Pro Valore' is for the VC awarded by Canada as you know and has not yet been awarded. Dunn won an Imperial VC and therefore it should be 'For Valour' to be correct. It would be more correct to await Canada's first...

    Blue thunder, No that is a Russian uniform. The one I was thinking of was the 1st Westphalian Hussars, a nice lightish brown with gold lace.
