    On to the weapon

Hello leigh, I'm impressed by the precision of the sculpting. I myself really don't like sculpting "geometrics" things like these. I look forward to see the next steps. One question : how do you manage to glue (?) the copper wire on the putty ? Thanks Jean-Philippe

    Super sculpey

Thank you for your replies. I will have to find sculpey III wich won't be easy here in france. Maybe I can mix my super sculpey with fimo ? I switched from fimo to super sculpey because I think that fimo isn't hard enough to be sanded after baking.Bye Jean-Philippe

    Super sculpey

I used super sculpey recently for sculpting a head for a 65mm figure. What would you mix it with to have a better view of what you are doing because it's a little bit "transparent" and it's hard to see the detail of the surface without a coat of paint... Thanks. Jean-Philippe

VL Red Lancer Bust - Done

Hello, The bust looks very good. I would myself insist a little bit more on the deep shadows on the red and yellows. Try to put green in your red to go further in the dark. Your shadow will be really deap and won't be a dark brown (green + red are complementary coulours). A line of shadow would...
