Never used Milliput, but used MS since it got on the market. Just great stuff and highly recommended.
I use it in pure form for anatomy so I can carve, and blending on figures and use it are a base for groundwork. For clothing I mix it with duro.

Well, the regular land forces used a DPM style camo . The Dutch marines used British DPM first , later US Woodland pattern uniforms. Both were used by the marines and lots of color variations are seen.

Well, if I dont work quickly enough or it is taking to long to finish a figure I lose motivation or get too critical. So I am pretty disciplined when I work on a project. And I like the feeling of being in a flow when painting or sculpting.
First paint is on after two 2 hour...

Added the magazine pouches and water bottles. Some work on the vest and trousers.
Added the left arm. Blocked it in with MS to detail it later. The right arm also needs some further work.
