Gents,
It has been a while since I posted anything. Time flies when you are busy with other stuff.
Anyway here are a few pics of the figure I finished a few months back.
Mostly oils over acrylics and printer inks for metals.
Cheers,
A.
Gents,
Here he is finally finished. Approx 1:35 scale Chota Sahib (I think) figure with Verlinden head.
Painted as per usual oils over acrylics with camo done entirely in acrylics.
Comments always welcome
This Rocks
John,
Your dioramas are getting better and better with every new piece you create!
This one is awesome!!!
I had the opportunity to see your Stalingrad dio a couple of weeks ago at HornetHobbies.
I have to say that one gets to truly appreciate your skills after seeing these dioramas...
HolyCrap
Who would think that another WWII German bust will stimulate so much discussion ;)
While I agree withwhat Martin said in his original post there is an other side to the story as well.We as modellers are the culprits here. We buy kits representing unit members that commited atrocities...
...And last but not least,
Decided to finish this cursed Templar (sitting on my bench for last 5 years).
Not sure if it is the whites that keep me from finishing this figure or is it something else.
Also on the table waiting for the basecoat are Delphine (from Pegaso)
and this unknown guy that I lost packaging for. If anyone can help me identify him I would be grateful, I presume he is a French officer from mid-19th century.
