    Edward, Nice job! (y)(y)(y) I always liked that photo of Hawker. But I just could not bring myself to show him wearing that silly looking wool balaclava. Your figure looks a lot like the one I painted many years ago, right down to the choice of colors on the coat and, well, everything else...

    I sculpted the figure but did not paint it. If I were painting it, my personal preference is to paint the eyeballs. I always do that and it is especially important when doing a portrait.... Mike

    That was the general object: Sir Percy Ware Armitage, the evil villain in the movie, "Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines" - as played by Terry Thomas. He also works as a steampunk subject.... Just sayin'.....
