I see BerlinZF has him in stock possibly, but thought I'd try y'all out for a potential trade first. I think he is EMI-COL13 and the figure is pictured below. For trade I have a number of 120 mm, mostly Roll Call kits, and some others that have had a bit of clean up and basic assembly...
