Thanks for comments friends! The mix for flesh tones is difficult to say... everything in this bust is painted with oils. For flesh i used titanium white, venetian red and gold ochre for base. Light with napoleonic yellow and titanium white. Shadows with burnt umber and burnt sienna. Medium...

Thanks everybody for comment :) here you have a small progress. I have completed the check trouser pattern, but trouser looks new yet so it needs get dirty hehe. I have painted the foundation around face but without shades and lights. Sorry again for my english. Cheers, Nando.

Hi everybody! :) Thank you for comments. I knew that the trouser idea would have differents opinions about hehe Steve my idea is he has taken the trouser of a Briton or from a "german barbarian", and i didnt want the clasic small check, colours are cold because enviroment will be in winter...
