I can assure you that the resin and casting is of the highest quality, as it always is with Tommy's War figures. Having built and painted this figure for the box art, I can say it was one of the most enjoyable miniatures I've ever worked on. The photos in the review do it no justice whatsoever...

Hi Mike, I managed about 90% over the weekend and finished off Monday evening. For the trousers I used Jo Sonja's Paynes Grey with a little Vallejo Flat Blue added for highlights.

Latest finished figure, this one completed over the weekend (and a bit) during a private coaching session, I don't have pictures of my student's work.

I chose 1:48 scale for the challenge of painting a splinter camo in a small scale, also I have the Andrea luftwaffe pilot and the rp models Douglas Bader in the same scale and intend to two wedgies with their respective planes, so this was a good test.

Very impressive work, it's a better version than the boxart and does highlight the great details of this figure. I have it on my workbench ready for priming so it is nice to see your version to add extra fuel to my motivation. Congratulations on a great piece of work.
