Thanks Nap!
It is based on several different paintings. I have depicted an Officer from Cheshire Regiment at Audregnies, 24 Aug 1914.
By the moment I have not planned future figures. It all depends on demand. :)
I have finished the sculpting of my last -by now- 75 mm. figure: a British Officer in 1914.
We will get the first copies the next week and the boxart painted by Jorge Fano in a near future.
You can order it in http://www.miniaturasfortes.com/
This is my last finished sculpture:
Lt. Colonel Gordon Highlanders, Tyrah campaign 1897.
The scale is 1/24 (75 mm.) and is made mainly in Magic Sculpt.
The 98K carbine was introduced in Spain after the Civil War (1943).
The most usual weapon was the spanish Mauser 1893:

Hope that it helps.
Yes, Dan. It is an effect of the net: there are some inaccuracies that are multiplied ad infinitum. It is necessary to be cautious with all that kind of information.
However, it is a nice figure and you just have to change the name. :)
Hi Dan.
That is a great idea beutifully done.
Now the bad news
I was puzzled that a SMLE could end in the Spanish Civil War.
I have made a short search in Google and found that the photo was taken in Haifa, 1951 by David Seymour. So she is an israeli girl...
I am working with a lot of referencies. The only thing that is for sure is that there were a lot of minor changes un the RN equipment in those years.
Thanks everybody for looking!
