Cheers Jeff, my opinion is if your going to do a pattern it either has to be simple or quite complex so that if a mistake is made its not very noticable ;) many thanks Steve

heres a few pics of the process of the cloak, the principal works for any pattern 1 base colour and shading, as normal, 2 the first step on the pattern is to paint the base colour, as i wanted a gold brockade effect ive used the colours i normally use for NMM so the base is citadel paint...
