Very nice. Carolean tactics were that the musketeers only fired one volley at the enemy, as close as possible, and then closed with swords drawn and bayonets fixed. Roger.

Thomas, Ken Thanks for commenting. Here's where I'm at just now. Base colours applied and a bit of shading. It looks a bit rough at the moment but hopefully it will smooth out as a shade and highlight further.
