Scythian king, 4th c. BC. One of the earliest figures of the Italian company PEGASO, 60 mm. I first saw the figurine in the May 1995 issue of the British Military Modeling magazine. Nevertheless, even today I consider this one of the best PEGASO in the 54-60 mm line. It remains to be surprised...

This figure has been sculpted as master-model for casting. But commercial production is not planned: figures of the Scythians are of little interest to anyone.

The figure is 75 mm, and horse is 60 mm from ground to shoulders. Sculpted in Milliput and Magic Sculpt.

At present I`m re-sculpting my old 90 mm figure of Furban Malti - i.e., Maltese corsair, middle of 18 th Cent. The sculptng work in process now, and the figure is far from complete:
