Sorry Nap, I don't really have a great way to photograph the book. Here's some screen shots from Young's Miniatures page and Alpine Miniatures page. The bust is the one from Young's Miniatures and the charging Marine is from Alpine. I want to paint the bust like the charging Marine.

Okay so I finally got a wet pallet I like. I got the one from Exemplar, I have two questions to get started for when I finally sit down to work: One how long will the paint last with the water before it gets moldy? Two how much water do I actually need? Do I soak the pad or just lightly wet...

ZOIKES I wish I'd known all of this BEFORE I bought all my paints. I just invested in LOTS of AK 3rd generation paints. But then again I'm starting out. I think I'm going to go with what I have and start to learn with what I've got. PropBlast I've already been watching both of those channels...

I have tons of Vallejo paints like the rest of you do. Some say not to spray them. I'm curious as to why and what the problems are? I notice its certain reds. blues and greens in particular. But not others. Just curious. How serious is this?

Forgive my but I cannot read French. Is there an English equivalent of this? I have the Knight based on Sean Connery and I'd like to paint mine in a different paint scheme but I don't know what colors I want to use. Its a ways off but I'd like to be able to read that. Thanks
