I had no idea you were over here too, Dave. I'm LSP_Typhoonattack. Regards, Kevin

    120mm USMC BAR gunner

I cannot believe it's been two years already. I did receive the kits (all three), and sold off two of them, as I had no real interest. The third is now squirreled away in storage while I move from my present location, (it's a real pain to move 60 years of accumulated "stuff"). My current...

    Help Needed Identifying Figure

That's certainly a thought worth considering. I need to get them inventoried first though, no matter what.

    Help Needed Identifying Figure

Sounds great, thanks a bunch. I hope I'll be able to get that much for it on eBay.

    Help Needed Identifying Figure

Any idea as to its value?

    Help Needed Identifying Figure

I'll probably list it with such a description. I don't want to badmouth the painter, but the box art does not look very good, could just be the way it's photographed though I guess.

    Help Needed Identifying Figure

For whatever it's worth, this is the third figure acquired in the trade (from verlindan), and the only one I'll keep. Good enough to practice on anyway I guess.

    Help Needed Identifying Figure

It's the 120mm SAS British guy, kit #21530. Nice figure, but the box art is pretty poor, making it look like less than what its potential is.

    Help Needed Identifying Figure

Thanks again fellas. As stated, I'm going to sell off two of these figures I recently received (this and a Kirin figure), and wanted to describe it as accurately as I can.

    Help Needed Identifying Figure

You're absolutely right, a silly oversight on my part,... kit is 120mm Thanks for the input. The name SOL (from Korea if I recall correctly), sounds like it may be correct. I'll continue checking, as it's destined for eBay, and I'd really like to list it correctly. Thanks a bunch fellas, Kevin

    Help Needed Identifying Figure

I received this in a trade recently, but will probably sell it off,... problem is, I have no idea who's figure it is, or how to identify same. Can anyone please tell me what manufacturer did this? Thanks a ton.

    Base Groundwork Help Needed

OK, of the three figures I received in the odd trade I made, this is the only one I think I'll keep. Certainly one worth practicing on, if nothing else.

I've read somewhere that baking soda and micro balloons work well, but haven't really tried it yet.

Again, some great ideas here fellas, thanks. If my stuff doesn't come out too lousy, I'll try to post some images later.

    Base Groundwork Help Needed

Great info, thanks a lot fellas. I'll be digging into one of my first serious figures soon, and I certainly want it displayed well, or as good as I can make it anyway.

    Base Groundwork Help Needed

As the title implies, I’m lousy at groundwork, a complete novice, so any advice (from, “well, first buy a piece of wood”), to the more generic or exotic methods of adding earth itself, rocks, water, and so on. Snow, autumn appearance, desert, etc., any and all particulars would be gratefully...

    120mm USMC BAR gunner

I just recently made a trade for the above referenced figure (plus two others), to be thrown into the pot to "even things up". I haven't actually received the figure yet, nor am I 100% certain who the manufacturer was, but I'll certainly be relying on you fellas to help with my painting efforts...

    Start small?

I think it's a pretty cool figure too (especially for the money), but then I'm not a dedicated figure modeler/painter, (yet).
