Chris, perhaps look @ 1/12th Dolls house kit, .. Pretty close considering 'Bino's, have a range of sizes.

Try Ross or Gordon whichever one does this http://www.planetfigure.com/threads/convoy-is-to-scatter.63895/ out of their range, the binos are separate they may be able to sort you a pair out
