Very nicely done. I do wonder with Roman and Medieval figures whether cloaks would have been worn during combat.

I very much doubt it, as a cloak used in normal circumstances is way too heavy and could throw you off-balance just when you do not want it. Have a look at outtakes from action movies where the hero is wearing a cloak - many failures, and only the successful takes makes it on-screen.
Another aspect is that it could be used by the opponent to grab and unbalance you - for that specific reason soldiers were ordered to shave off any facial hair as this was another thing the 'barbarians' in their uncivilised manners would use to assist killing off ones' valuable soldiers

Having said that - holiwood has made it stick in the popular mind as 'it looks cool'
