1/24th Guttering.

Does any one know of a manufacturer of 1/24th guttering?
I've looked and can't find anything.

I was going to try and make some out of lead foil formed around a piece of copper pipe.

Try Scalelink, don't have a link but you can google it easily enough. Failing that, Ive used Plastruct tubing, carefully sliced in half with a stanley knife, with brackets added from strip!

Hello Carl, If your trying to make rounded gutters, don't laugh, but have you tried drinking straws? They come in different sizes and are inexpensive. Just cut them down using a rod for the diameter you need. An old diorama trick. Regards, SG

Carl, have you thought about Hudson and Allen? They make a set of gutters and water spouts that include brackets and such. Unfortunately they are in 1/35 but they may work for what I'm going to take a wild guess on, your Billy Sikes base. (again, my apologies for the photos of my wip, that I included in my response, Ron and Del were right)
