120mm Celtic Warrior

Hello chaps!
I finaly finished this 120mm Celt figure!!!
The shield is plastic card with lead wire for the embossing work (very fiddly!!!)
and the kit comes with two extra heads (severed!).
The base is meant to represent a hillside etc, and the scabbard etc is just blu-tacked on as the attatchments are to be cast in white metal.

Regarding the heads, they are an optional feture of the kit, as I read that the Celts were big head-hunters, stopping during mid battle to collect them (it takes all sorts I suppose!!lol!)
The toungue out of the mouth was actualy a bit toungue in cheek as I guess it probably wouldn't do that given the circumstances but I wanted to portray what a horrible death it must be!!! They are, of course, an optional feature!!!

I'm currently working on another 120mm Celt and also another 54mm of a later period for a well known company.
The 120mm is from the concord book and is of a British Warlord.
I'll post some pics soon!

I think that the masters have been sent to the casters and should be available from Friendship models within a couple of weeks
I have had some other projects to work on so haven't had a chance to do very much to the British Warlord of late.
I will post some pics of the progress when I can
