Hi guys,
i am starting a new project soon and would like to know where is the best place for me to look if i was trying to find some modern 120mm heads, ideally with modern British berets on them? I would be happy to purchase brand new or used heads
Any pointers would be gratefully accepted, many thanks in advance.
John

I'd go with reedees -they're top notch. You have to add your own berets but that's easy enough, just a blob of milliput and you're done.

If you are lucky might catch Steve on here over the W/E he's 1969 here and I think he looks at his email anyways but you won't go wrong with his stuff it's first class

Hi thanks, yeah i probably should just take the leap, it never seems as easy for me though as just a blob and i'm done! I seem to get confused with do i add water and how much..then i become a messy pup!
cheers

Ha ha too true!
Never happy unless looking like pigs in sh*t! Not sure if that links well with the noble art of figure painting unfortunately.

Oh yeah, no matter where the army goes nothing happens until the Engineers have built the squadron bar, after that the bridges, mine fields etc.Got to get the priorities right!

FWIW I think you'd have a lot easier time with one of the alternatives, MagicSculp in particular, overall I think it's the best putty for the novice.

If you want to persevere with Milliput though, try not using water with it - talc instead.
