hi folks im pleased to say now available from www.studiokch.com 120mm resin kit of a Black Watch Bren gunner 1945 By Maurice Corry.
This figure depicts a Bren gunner of the Black Watch during the later stages of WW2 patrolling as part of Operation Veritable, the clearing of... German forces in the Rhineland. The figure wears the newly issued MKIV ` Turtle` helmet, camouflaged windproof smock and 40 pattern battledress trousers. He is armed with the magazine fed .303 BREN light machine gun. Thanks for looking :woot::woot:karen

Cheeeeeeers Moz those phots are loads better...the one I put on was tiny(plop)

yeah your right steve, it only really stuck out when we photographed it but luckily I had already sanded it down to the correct shape and was able to get it in mould again.. I`ll post some pics of the amended helmet tomorrow when I can get one off Karen.:)

Great subject Moz. This ticks all the boxes for me. I think the smock was issued to quite a number of british/commonwealth army and Royal Marine units during the hard campaigning at the closing stages of the war in NW Europe.
Good luck with this one Karen.

Looks better Moz. I'm not a sculptor but I can imagine that helmets can be a devil to get right.
