Historical Note:
In 1819 the 5th Regiment of Infantry arrived at the junction of the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers to build the northwestern most link in this chain of Forts and agencies. At this well chosen location where traffic could be controlled on two major rivers, Fort Snelling was built. Under the commander, Lt Col Josiah Snelling, the 5th Regt began taming the Minnesota frontier.

This is a 75 mm figure consisting of 11 resin parts sculpted by Alan Ball. It is cleanly cast with minor seam lines to scrape with a scalpel. Very little clean up required.

Conclusion:
An excellent 75mm resin figure with clean crisp detail depicting an era very seldom seen in miniature.
