I've just finished this project. This is a figure by Imperialcast with a Hornet head - from the WW2 commando-style stocking caps set. I added the hair and sideburns with Green Stuff. It depicts a private of the 2nd (Queen's) Regiment of Foot in the Eastern Cape Frontier, 1851. It's painted in acrylics. Hope you like it!

Excellent Edward, lovely painting and conversion.
Not a figure company I have heard of though, will have to explore.

Thanks a lot Bob. Imperialcast did a small range of 54mm Victorian figures about 10 years ago - all sculpted by Helder Agostinho. The figures are hard to get hold of now - I bought a couple on Planet Figure. I can't find any store selling them online.

Hi Edward

Great to see the artwork anther fine rendition, like the change of headwear and the colour of the uniform

Like the positioning and the angled basework, works well
