Keith, i'm a fan of the latorre sculture and th'is my favorit figure of him.
A great figure!!And in my favorite hitorical period the british empire.
i take a lot of fun in the painting.
I'm waiting for a new 70 mm from him.

Beautiful work Francis. You have made an excellent transition from oils to acrylics. I am glad you posted the photo. I was waiting to see how this figure painted up before I ordered one myself. Excellent work on the groundwork and backdrop.

Hi Francis

Great figure, beautifully painted, I am intrigued to find out where you found the information for the pattern on the poshteen coat...

Francis;

What a fantastic job. I just got this figure in the mail yesterday, and I especially like what you did with the ground work, especially as the kit supplied groundwork is much less impressive. Is that all scratchbuilt? You have captured the feel of mid 19th century India.

Francis,
from the pic it looks like you have nailed the acrylics! Nice stuff. I saw this image in a posting of show photos somewhere, I'm glad to know who it belongs to now. Good work! Keep 'em coming!
