I like the vignette, but it looks to me like the soldier is leaning too far back in the saddle, almost like he's reining the horse to a sudden stop. I wonder if he can be placed in a straighter position. Also, the front of the horse suggests a very relaxed animal but the back half looks like there's a lot of motion or tension.
 
Totaly agree with AJLaFleche. The soldiers is veeeeeeeery strange.
The neck is not existing (or missing some bones), very long arm with very small hand (in a glove, so the hand itsle fis even smaller), the back and shoulders are also anatomically wrong
If you notice the yellow, the gravity law doesn't work especially for it.
And of course, the horse is stopped but the horseman behave as if he tried to stop the horse at full course.....
Overrated, as usual
