WIP Critique 54mm from Andrea

Hi friends!

This is my current project, a medieval knight that i switched with fellow member Pedro Aveleira aka Aveleira here in PF.
When I look back and see me mainly painting Germans, I do not know what I was loosing, today my horizons are spread and my path as figure painter is now much fun.
Leave here a pic of the head almost finished. Today i finished the figure, lacking only the painting of the spear, sword, and shield and the addition of some dried plants on the ground. About the groundwork, he is homemade sculpted by me with MS. (The dark side is on my veins now).
This historical period is not my "beach" and as I painted the figure in black uniform instead of white or brown as a Templar I will call this one Hospitaler painting the shield cross in white.

Great start on the face Pedro. It is good that you haven't choosen the templar option, since many historians say they were forbidden to shave their beards.
