54mm Gramaphone Accessory Kit

Hi guys !
I am looking for a 54mm gramaphone accessory kit to use with my latest modelling project. Any idea whether anybody manufactures such an item and where I can buy one ? If I'm not wrong, I think the kit is made of resin. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks and cheers !
