Thanks John, just take one foot fig. and one mtd. fig. cut just above, or just below the waistebelt and fill any gaps with milliput, then embellish with bits from a spares box. The horse's main and tail were milliputted as the origonal, along with the ground work. I'm no sculptor, but you can get results that stand out from the origonal using this method. I did the same with the Norman by changing the left arm, and putting the shield on his back. Happy "cobbling" Ray p.s. in my day, we called it animating.
