I’m sure David that you’ve seen that Panzer Art list a couple of U.K. stockists. Even if that haven’t got this figure in stock (and it is a lovely looking figure by the way!) perhaps if you asked they could get it for you.
If you ordered it direct from their website Panzer Art only seem to be charging €8 p &p to the U.K. which seems very reasonable to me.

It is reasonable, but be aware that Panzer Art is notorious for unreliable shipping - I waited more than two months for this figure (it arrived a week after opening a PayPal dispute because mails remained unanswered, what a coincidence) - there are plenty of complaints about them on here and on other modelling sites about their lack of communication.
