Sorry... it is not the shipping that stops me from selling overseas; it is the payment.

I have no ability to track overseas shipments (required by PayPal) so that is not an option, and my local banks charge $15.00 to cash any type of non-US check or money order. Hence, I have no way to safely accept payments from overseas.

I would like to... but I can't; and I can't afford to just lose the kits and funds when the parcels come up missing, and I am not able to prove delivery to PayPal.

Technically true, but I do not think people will want to pay $28.00 for a one pound parcel for this shipping service.

People used to buy overseas (from eBay, online or whatever) already know what are the shipping fees for registered mail from USA to Europe and vice-versa and are perfectly aware that these fee are established by the mail service, not by the seller. So, usually, people interested in a specific item dont mind in paying the required amount. If you state you dont ship overseas tout-court you may be losing customers just for not specifying how much is overseas shipping, just my personal opinion, it's obvious everyone is free to handle his own business as preferred.

Payment with paypal is awesome. Done that many time's with US sellers. Always great. The only thing is you have to do is make some account and giving your email. Easy and save. There has nothing to track for, never heard that. That's your choice.
If a buyer payed you, you can let the money be at Paypal. The next time you buy something trough the www you can pay with paypal. At the end it cost's nothing, only laying back and waiting.
But if you don't wont to ship to Europe it's fine with me. Will push no further....

You are not understanding. I have a PayPal account. I have no problem shipping parcels anywhere in the world, but I need to be protected from those who would abuse the loopholes in the PayPal system.

As a seller, I must provide ONLINE PROOF of delivery for every shipment I make. If I cannot do that, and the recipient states the parcel is not received, then I lose the money, and I lose the item. This is how it works. It is not fair, but they make the rules, and I have had "missing" parcels to Italy and other countries already this year. To lose the little money I do get in bids, and then to lose the kit too, is unacceptable. I do not do this as a business... these are just extra kits I obtained, and rather than toss them out, I thought I would try to sell them to get a kit or two that I might rather paint.

I cannot provide that ONLINE PROOF of delivery because it is not available overseas at a reasonable rate. No buyer is going to spend $28.00 or more for shipping for a $40.00 kit.
