So I broke the a sword on a 90mm knight I'm working on. I glued it back together but it looks bad. Does anyone make a 90mm sword or blade. Did a search and found nothing. Or maybe some talented person here can sculpt/cast a blade for me? I'd be happy to pay.

At the moment I think you may have to sculpt one is the original resin or white metal ? The best way to replace it is to use card with a thin skin of putty for detail work in that scale at least for me, they can be pinned carefully with a pin drill and thin wire sometimes especially if metal

I would keep original guard and handle and cut a blade from an old hacksaw blade or any other metal sheet of suitable thickness.
In the end of the day you can flatten a nail with a hammer and then create shape you need with files.
In 90mm it shouldnt be difficult.
It will require some craftsmanship, but result is usually worth it as you will have nice shiny metal blade.
You just need some files and fine sandpaper of various grades.

Post a picture of what you are planning to do so we can advice something more specific to your needs

Any kind really a birthday card or similar or if you don't want to faff with putty etc use an old cash point card or similar and cut and file it to shape, as I said you can carefully drill and pin resin but it can be fiddly

A good material to use for modelling weapons, is a dead credit card, nice and stiff, nice and thin. A more proper material would be brass rod filed down with needle files.
Or, as Mirofsoft pointed out, you could contact Andrea.
Best wishes, Gary
