He is one finished yesterday and not in time for BMSS Bristol Bugle call, Brought from Keith (Tecumsea) on this forum a few months ago.
Made some straps for the underneath of the Cartridge box and made some ribbons for the hose as I thought the kit one were a tad thick and now look better. His hand is bandaged from battle damage when I sprayed the figure, he arm was only blue tacked on and it fell.
Hope you like.

Now for something lighter in resin.

Really like it Bob. I don't see that many figures from the Mutiny.Which one is this?
Jon.

A lovely piece and well painted

Mobo

Very nice. His hand looks like he forgot he had a bayonet when he rested his hand enthousiastically.

Well done, I like the dusty effect on his kilt and gaiters, It must have been hot dirty work.
Scotty.
Excellent work, Bob!

Scott

Nice work Bob, braver man than l, always shied away from painting tartan.

Keith
Beautifully painted...........excellent stuff.
( ..more likely he cut his hand on a sharp stone hastily picking up the half-crown that fell out of his sporran !)

Mike

Mobo. Thank you very much

Henkm. Thank you.

Scotty. Glad you like him, I didn't want to overdo the dust but just enough to give the
Sence of the conditions

Scott. Thank you.

Keith. It's a nice kit and the tartan did my head in and was painted twice but it turned out okay.
Thanks for the comment.

Mike. Thank you...I'm not sure about the half crown though, a penny, yes.

Great job on a great figure Bob...(y) Mike

That is superb Bob. Always nice to see a DF Grieve figure! I have this one in my grey army and felt like doing it after I finish my dragoon guard. I'm a bit put off by the weight though. How did you pin yours to the base? Regards Pete

Mike, appreciate the great comment, thank you.

Pete. I know what you mean with the weight though, heavy after resin. I pinned mine through the left heel up as far as I could safely go and left about an inch sticking out from the bottom. I left the moulded pins on both feet and started making the base and whist that cured attached the figure. One thing I will say, paint the body first then attach the arms but leave enough room to manoeuvre the left arm with the rifle. It was fun but needed a lot of thought re painting and assembly. Good luck..
