95th Rifles Plaque - Maurice Corry

Hello Folks

This is a plaque sculpted in relief for me by Moz Corry which represents the 95th Rifles in the napoleonic era. It is going to be produced in cold cast bronze but I have retained a resin mould for anyone who fancies having a bash at one. It measures approx 9in x 7in. (230mm x 175mm) but the edges can be trimmed if desired. The Baker rifle is approx 7.5 in (190mm)

Nice idea Gordon, I work in the commemorative/memorial plaque industry and supply cast bronze plaques from time to time and the plaque is only as good as the master and this sculpt will produce a great result.

That's a clever idea and would certainly look great painted up

Another idea ..you could also have 3 heads with headwear and shoulders in half relief

Is this destined for a museum when cast ?
