Apparently, it's from Elliot Mallon (https://mall_one.artstation.com/projects/e0BBa3). With regards to scale, the sculpt is resting on what looks like a piece of triplex/multiplex. Didn't measure but seems it's not very small, perhaps some 20 cm?
Would be nice if he made it available; here too (Malaysia) you still see people on massively overloaded motorcycles.
