Hi everyone.
First of all I would like to apologise for the way I left, and would like to say thank's for all the comments on my last post.
My mind was not in a very good place and subsequently I spent 9 day's in the hospital(nut house).
My medication dose's were changed and it has taken a few weeks to get used to the new dose.
I'm a bit slowed down with the new dose but I'm still modelling daily, I've worked on a model ship.
I started work on a figure about a week ago and is almost complete, which I will be posting.
Again I would like to thank everyone for their kind words in my last post.
And here's to myself getting back to as normal as possible for me.
All the best wish's
Ralph.

Glad you made the right decision in the end, As regards to my original message, keep off the scotch it wont mix with the meds and you will end up with a wiggly plimsoll line.

We have all been tempted to chuck it. There isn't a person here who hasn't been frustrated with the site, admins or other members. Especially when real life stresses and worries push our reaction to those frustrations out of proportion. I know I have been there more than once. Nice to see you back.

Try this place for 10yrs!... 02dw_0_.jpg . Why do you think I am obsessed with 'Nuts'.

I am one!

Nice to see you back Ralph.

Mark.

It seems to be the dome thing to say welcome back and you've been missed terribly:

But I think you know me better than to just issue platitudes Ralph.

So welcome back......... mate missed ya....... a big bit. :D

Hugs and kisses,

Pauleepoo, mwah

Welcome back Ralph, I'm glad you didn't stay away too long. Even Churchill had what he called his "Black Dog", but whatever you call it, it's always destructive and I'm guessing that more than a few of us know what it's like:). You're among friends.
Best wishes, Gary.
