Acrylic Flow Medium/Thinner?

Just picked up a hint??? at last night's miniature meeting. One of the members swears by Kodak Photo-Flo as an acrylic thinner/flow medium. Any one have experience with this?

Never used the Kodak stuff but do use this for my sessions

Used Photo flow during my darkroom days to help wet surfaces. SDS states ingredients are Propylene glycol and Octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol. Sounds like windshield washer solution.
