The beard might be a bit long for the subject, but man it's beautifully done.

A cracker, great sculpting, fantastic opportunity for a spectacular paint job, the 'slashings' through to the undershirt give huge scope.
Just one observation does it have a bit of the Davy Jones from POTC about it, maybe its the length of the beard as Einion pointed out.
