It has been discussed here on the planet that we rarely see a new figure or bust of a Japanese Soldier of the WWII period. Ademola 22 has recently released this stunning bust in resin depicting the famed Admiral Yamamoto.

Above you can see the 7 resin parts with the hat as an option and it really fits down onto the head.

Above are the four views of the head showing a fantastic likeness to Yamamoto. The close cropped hair all the way around to the back as well as the top of the head in case the painter wishes to display the finished bust without the hat.

Above are the four views of the chest showing the braiding detail down the front of the jacket as well as the collar. The three starts on each side really set off this bust.

Above you see three views of the head and chest dry-fitted together. There is enough "play" in the fitment to give the head a slight nod in one direction or another to further personalize the finished figure.

Above is the hat with the mold plug on the top which would need to be carefully6 cleaned away with a dremel tool.

Above are the binoculars and the two separate lenses to be attached to the end of the binoculars.

Above is the bust plinth with fits right up into an already pre-drilled hole on the underside of the chest.

Conclusion:
Another excellent kit with no seam lines. There is a mold block on the underside of the chest section as well as the hat. No seam lines on the head. Excellent bust and highly recommended for the WWII collectors.

A very interesting subject and a very nice review Guy.
It would be challenging and rewarding to paint him in dress white as opposed to navy blue.
