I am sorry to spoil this very nice advertisement for a scene of an inspiring Hollywood production with some links to the real story of the event.
MESSAGE TO JOSE`: It is not encouraging and even enraging to read about your next release on this forum while customers that paid for your previous release (The Warband) months ago are still waiting for the products to arrive while you make one futile promise after another about current problems to deliver the kits.
If you carry on to do so your reputation as a reliable salesman will be in tatters.
It would be great to learn here in public on this forum what kept you from shipping the kits paid for long ago while you produced another new release that is tagged as "available now" above.
Everyone reading this: be warned - "available now" does not mean that you get your kits in a reasonable time from this seller according to my experience so far. (Order #1183: paid for on April 15th - beside promises and excuses no delivery until now)
Martin
First of all, I ask your forgiveness for the delay in the delivery of your order, once again, as you say you made your order in April, order 1183. I received in April, after a delay from my producer of 3 months, the figures that he had to deliver to those who had bought the Warband in December and January. There were multiple reasons for the delay in production but this is not the place to name them. When you head a project, as is my case, he has to accept the mistakes and consequences of those who work for you. I'm not going to blame anybody for the delays, I'll take it on myself.
When you place the order in April we are solving the production of more units in order to satisfy the demand, producing 7 pieces at the same time is very yyyy complicated. More for a small company like mine, anyone who is in this business will know how enormously difficult it is to produce figures in resin.
The only ones who seem to have no problems are the pirates.
When we found a company that assumed the production of the units that were yet to be delivered, they did not guarantee deadlines, but they were going to do their best to deliver the figures early.
The Balaklava cavalry scene has been modeled and printed in 3D since January, it has not been removed until now for the same reason, because there was no one to produce it. I wrote a mass email to all my clients subscribed to the mailing list that between July 25 and July 31 all the missing units of the Warband were going to be sent.
Before your request there were 1,182 more, if you really believe that I am here to mislead people and take advantage of their trust, I think I would not have gone that far. And if I wanted to scam people, I would sell something else, not collectibles.
Postscript: When I bought my last vehicle, an Audi, the delivery time went from 3 months to 8 months due to a production problem. I had paid 50 percent of the vehicle in advance.
It never occurred to me that the Audi did not want to hand over the vehicle to me.
I also understand that Audi generates a confidence that Semper Fidelis Miniatures does not yet give. We will work on it.
If you are so unhappy with the service, we will refund your money and the figures will be sent to you when they arrive. It is all I can do.
Affectionately.
